How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any review or place listing and select "Report".
I didn't receive my login code. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. Wait a minute and try again. Still having trouble? Send a message using the form above.
How does the Radar feature work?
Radar sends you a notification when you're physically near a place on one of your saved lists. It requires location permission set to "Always" in your device settings. Radar is available for Level 5+ members.
My review wasn't approved. Why?
Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly. A review may be declined if it contains offensive language, is off-topic, or lacks detail. You'll receive a notification with the outcome.
How do I suggest a missing place?
Tap the "+" button on the Explore screen and select "Submit a Place". Our team reviews all submissions.
